Philip John Thomas Cassidy 'Phil' 

Phil passed away peacefully at Sobell House Hospice on 14th March 2024, aged 70 years. Phil will be sadly missed by his family, friends and everybody who had the greatest of pleasure knowing him. 

Funeral service will take place at St. Johns Chapel, Oxford Crematorium on Friday 12th April 2024 at 12:00pm.

Typical black tie funeral attire to be worn if you feel comfortable to do so and family flowers only. There will be an opportunity to make a donation to Oxford Hospitals Charity, Respiratory Medicines/COPD on the day of the service and online in memory of Phil.
